Get submission detail

For a multi-page PDF, `files[].pageCount` gives the source page count and the file's `downloadUrl` downloads the frozen original PDF. Optional `pages` lists absolute `pageNumber`, `status` (`rendered` or `failed`) and a short-lived `downloadUrl` when the page image is available. Expired pages retain their status without a URL. Optional `pageEvidence` contains `complete`, `pageCount`, document `blockers`, and fields keyed by schema name. Each field has `page` (or null), optional item `pages`, `flagged`, and an optional reason. Independent OCR/image values are private review evidence. A flagged field or incomplete document prevents automatic approval.
